Picked this coin up: This is a rather difficult coin to find in better condition. This coin was modelled after Sichuan 50 cash which you can see an exmaple here: While I haven't been throughly reading the history of different Chinese Provinces, it might be one of the coins struck during the chaotic warlord era. Quite fascinating.
