Just downloaded Kobo Desktop and the Cherrypicker's Guide Volume II, and I give it two thumbs up. :thumb: :thumb: This is great for me because my eyes are weak, so frequently I scan my coins at high resolution if I think I've got a variety. Now I can toggle between my pics and the pics in the guide to verify the diagnostics. They've also got smartphone apps, so no more lugging around big books when I'm going through a dealer's inventory. :smile
One of those eBook things. You've got to download the free reader, and you still have to pay for the book - the CPG was 25. But then you've got it on any computer that's got internet, smartphones, and various other pads. http://www.kobobooks.com/
They only had volume 2 to download, but I've requested they add volume 1, along with other assorted numismatic books.
