    I can see a shadow strike on the left of the 8 9 and 2. I know nothing about Commem. coins so that is all I've got. james

    I see no other signs of DDR or RPD other than the anomaly on the date. I enlarged the pics and came to the same conclusion. My opinion only, good luck.

    Looks pretty much "flat and shelf-like" to me...?

    Strike doubling. Just on the 8, look at how this left side is chopped off some, that's due to the strike...

    I wish there were better photos on Variety Plus. They recognize three RPD's for the Columbian. So does PCGS . But none of them are like yours. Much different positions of the first impression. I am with the rest maybe some mechanical shenanigans on the strike or a little die abrasion doubling.
