1889 is a pretty common date, worth about $15-$18 dollars in that condition. For a little more money you could find a much better coin than either of those.

First coin looks cleaned. Second one looks lusterless. I would suggest you keep looking.
Morgan experts on here could tell you whether they're genuine.

The first one probably is but I'd pass. The second might be but the surface looks funny like maybe a cast.
    Either way I'd keep looking.

The second looks dipped to me.

Yes on the first a big no on the second. The first one has some good detail. As for the dipping or cleaning most Morgans have been, unlessed slabbed.

2nd coin is FAKE in my opinion.

The shape of the stars is all wrong.

Thank you for your answers. You are right, I have checked this with coin dealer, and he agreed with you. Second morgan dollar was fake. Thank you once again.:)

Why would someone make a fake of a 21,000,000+ mintage?

You would get less suspicion in doing so. Collectors that spend less usually buy more common dates and know less about coins.
That all leads to selling fakes easier and faster.
Sell 1 million fakes that cost you maybe a buck if it's not even silver for 15 well that's alot of money.

I'd say no to both and look elsewhere. Morgans are plentiful, they sell em' all the time at my coin club where you can get them for around $12 for the common dates.

Morgans are very plentiful, You shouldnt just consider one or another there
Are many out there to choose from :)

Taken out of context that is very opposite of your point of view of MPC's are my only thing :D
