cheap colonial coins?

    Sounds too good to be true. I mean, 42 colonial coins for only $600? Four Connecticut coppers in average condition should be able to bring that. Either that guy doesn't know what he has, or it doesn't pass the smell test.

    Or does he want $600 each? :confused:

    Or is he talking about *Spanish* colonial coins, like beat up half reales and that sort of thing? :confused::confused::confused:

    I couldn't get through and I figured it's a bunch of garbage coins that I don't need. Plus, they are all dug so who knows what condition they're in. :whistle:

    Craigslist is a scammers paradise now...I'm afraid to even go to their website nowadays :S Scary stuff!

    If they are anything like the colonials I have found they aren't worth much! It depends on the soil conditions but the ones I find are toast!

    Viewed the lot. British halfpenny tokens and regals, Duits, misc. Not worth the asking price.
