I knew that coins of Roman Empress Eudoxia are considered as rare. But I think that I've been more lucky to come out with such a superb condition of a rare coin. Her Majesty's eye is more appealing and attractive than ever. Hope I'm right.. Charles
It is never bad to find an empress coin with a pretty face rather than the standard old lady look. I didn't know she was rare. Do take care to separate the wife of Arcadius from the wife of Theodosius II from the wife of Valentinian III (who is a bit pricey). Yeah Aelia Eudoxia coins are slightly scarce at best. Not rare. If you do an internet search there are a good number of them around.
