    Dont realy collect these but found them in a bulk lot I have been sorting :thumb:

    A couple of 1/12 of a shilling some 2p and a 10p

    Steve,the silver coloured coin is an old 10p. coin.I have got both of those 1/12 Shilling coins,as they are commemoratives.

    And a few more some 5p and 1p including a rather nice Isle of Man 1p :) Aidan dont realy pay much intereset to the Decimal coinage LOL

    Steve,I can guess that you would find some of those coins in change like the small 5p. coin & the coppers.Have you ever had coins from Gibraltar,the Falkland Islands,or St. Helena & Ascension turn up in change? Of course,Manx,Guernsey,& Jersey coins do turn up from time to time.

    I have had a Gib penny quite some time back and before they went on to the euro a number of 5 pesatas LOL

    Steve,Gibraltar is a British colony.It still uses Pounds.It is Spain that was using Pesetas.

    Aidan did I say Gib issued Pesatas?? No just checked and I did not, what I said was I had recieved some in my change before they went on to the euro!!. I live in the UK we are a member of the EU I travel a lot so I know where Pesatas come from, I know Gib is still a British Colony, I am not thick

    Great set, my friend! I know some Polish collectors collecting coins with ERII portrait only - can you imagine?
