Well, for companies such as PCGS and NGC, you need a membership to submit coins. For ANACS you don't. All information can be found on their websites. I use NGC, you can pay to join, or instead, pay to join the ANA with a free NGC submitter account. See more here: https://www.ngccoin.com/services/services.aspx https://www.ngccoin.com/submit-coins/how-to-submit.aspx
If you don't want to pay the membership fees to join PCGS, NGC, or the ANA you can have them sent in by an authorized dealer. PCGS and NGC have lists of member dealers and you should be able to find one near you.
