The top of the 7 and the top of the 0 looks even.. Small Date is correct

 

i'd say small, 7 not below 0 and has the weakness in LIBERTY...

 

But that 9 is blunt and pointed down. That is only on large dates.

 

The OP's picture is not the best. Not clear enough for me. Can't really be sure if it's pointy or blunt even when enlarged. So you need to look at the other clues.

 

I would say large date. Provided the label is from the same coin shown, they made an error which you might benefit from.
