Geeze those are beautiful Steve!!! Hey, did you ever see my 1922 Azerbaijan note? I showed it here a couple of years ago and that's the country of origin identified. Here it is again. I think I remember somebody commenting they were experiencing a little inflation back then.

LOL, guys. And thanks for minding your manners and being kind on this little old guy. The only history I know on it is it was passed down on my Mom's side, who hails from Sicily, and were merchants. The Caucasus was somewhat of a trade route, I understand. In any event, some turbulent times back then, in that region. In it's day, this note probably could have got you a sack of potatoes, if you were lucky. But, I digress... Just want to say, seeing this world currency for the first time is like seeing the Coliseum for the first time. The different countries, nationalities, languages...the different themes depicted, different tributes...fascinating. I can see what you guys appreciate about these, why you collect these. :thumb:
