I found this listed, which I found to be interesting. The pictures are poor, but I see enough to make me think of buying it. The medal is 51 mm and is made of silver. The obverse shows three exhibition buildings from the centennial. I found a listing that showed that the three buildings were shown on some medals. Normally though the reverse shows the signing of the Declaration of Independence and is made of white metal. The reverse here is very different. The closest I can come up with is something to do with the Philadelphia shipyard. The medal is made by Fr. Smith and Hartmann. I can find nothing more about this medal. Any information or recommendations would be appreciated.

How do you know it is silver? Did the seller tell you? It's not listed in the Hibler/Kappen SCD book. The rim looks to have taken some pretty bad hits, and the photos are so bad that I think I'd pass on it.
