Yesterday in the parking lot.

 

Yes. It's a really beat up Lincoln cent or penny if you prefer.

 

Yes but it was a "56" flying eagle cent.

I've seen old Cents like these near old piers under rocks at the beach when metal detecting.

 

Found nickels on the beach at the Patuxent River that looked pretty similar, they are 75% copper.

 

Looks like a wheatie. Beyond that...who knows.
