Pocket change 1995 cent. Most likely PMD, but I figured it would be best to post some pics to see what others have to say.

Neat.. Great pictures. Not sure though.
No evidence of the Copper plating being removed.

The coins weight should be your friend here sir. Scales are invaluable.

My understanding is that the weight of the copper plating is basically irrelevant in this case due to the tolerance of what would be considered a normal-weight plated cent. I only have a gram scale to one decimal place. This cent bounced between 2.4 and 2.5g.

Well, the weight difference for one layer of plating might be irrelevant, but two might be more noticable. The difference would be TWO layers, either -1 or +1 layers. For numismatics tenths or hundreths of a gram scales is always useful.

Weight is irrelevant. The weight of the ENTIRE plating would be in the neighborhood of .05 grams which is less than half of the tolerance allowance.

Looks promising Mark and within tolerance. I am surprised it has lasted this long and stayed in this condition as well as it has without rotting, unless it was stored for some time. It does show plenty of wear. I'm not sure what other diagnostics would help unless you send it to a TPG for verification.

Strange, looks just like a Zincoln.

Great! I’ll put this one on the side for now with the few others in my “Send to TPG” stash. Thank you.

As for the pics, nothing more than an iPhone 8 sitting on a stack of four red books.

Due to the condition of the surface it appears you may have a winner. Set that one aside until you can have it checked out further.

The best confirmation is evidence of mint luster and I don't see anything on your coin.

Only my opinion, but I see a lot of small pits and roughness on the obverse that could indicate plating removal, but it could possibly be from circulation as well. I'm leaning towards plating removal, but wouldn't be upset if I was wrong.
