Got these from @Sullysullinburg You can clearly see "IN" and part of the "G" from "IN GOD WE TRUST" on this 1968-S proof obverse cent die. Also below is a 1968-S Roosevelt dime reeded collar Both have been destroyed (torched) so they cannot be used outside the control of the Mint. Very cool pieces to add to my collection. Interesting, Both pieces have a bead of Welding on them to render them Unusable. If they had been (Torched) they would most likely had metal remove from them not added to them. The correct terminology can be important for show and tell.
I as well was/am a welder and fabricator. Which is why I gave Correct Info in my previous post. If i post my Opinion it will be followed by IMO.
