Hi all. I'm new here! I'm not really much into coins at all but I found this coin when out with a metal detector. I cleaned it up okay it was a right mess. it looks like an atrebates coin, but the other side does not match up. i am assuming both pics are both sides of the coin? that said, the design is found on gold coins, and this isn't a gold coin, so it may be a fake. i'm not an expert, so hopefully someone else can chime in.
Thanks for your reply! I'm kind of disappointed that it could be a fake but the coin does indeed seem to be in very good condition compared to the others ive seen. It is definitely not Gold, i think it's silver.
