Anyone ever hear of these clowns. Seems all their notes are 70's. I googled CEC and can't find anything. Here's one example.... http://cgi.ebay.com/1-1935-F-SILVER...286.m7QQ_trkparmsZalgo=LVI&itu=UCI&otn=3&ps=5
its certainly NOT a 70! i can easily see soiling and slightly uneven margains. it is, however, a nice note. you have an idea of grade, and how much money that grade should sell for.. I would watch the price .. and if it is going to end for the money close tot he grade you thin kit is... bid... sellers like this, in piddlysquink slabs .. often sell for way less then they are really worth raw. buy it for a steal, cut it out of the crackpot slab, and you will have a nice note or less then its worth
