Very hard to tell from the photos. I can't see the details at all. Personally, i would be leery of the color. It has a cleaned look to it.
In that case, if you send it to PCGS, it will probably get a clean bill of health and an MS grade. They really love you over there. I'd say we have an AU, here.
What about the color looks off to you? After you pointed it out, i agree that the reverse seems to have an odd color to it.

It's probably fine, it's a proof. One thing to consider here is: The overall images are off in color. Those flips are white...and they certainly don't look white in these images. So it's really difficult to know what the coin looks like in hand.
