Capped Bust Half Assistance

    I've previously shared this here but, for whatever reason, I'm starting to doubt myself. I had initially thought this to be a "large date, large letters" type. After more and more time looking at it, I'm beginning to think it's a small letter reverse. Care to chime in and share your thoughts? Thanks!

    I’m guessing and I need new glasses but o-105? Based on where the 2nd S in states lines up, left side and middle of the M in AMERICA touching.

    It's also got about 15° rotation going on, but thank you for the Overton number. I'll check it out tomorrow
