Cappadocia mint Nero and Claudius

I got this coin it is the same coin in Wildwinds :

Silver drachm, 2.94 g., 17 mm.
Obv. Laureate head of Nero right.
Rev. Lauretae head of Claudius right.
RPC I 3648; RIC 622.
NGC graded XF, Strike 4/5, Surface 2/5, mounted with the portrait of Claudius up.
