Hello. Got a question here as usual. A while back you could go on the mint web site and check the status of your order. The thing I am talking about is where you use to type your order number in and your last name. I know they have some security problems and redone some stuff. How do you check your order status now where it has the cancellation box and when the mint might accidentally ship your order on such and such a date. Think I want to cancel an order. Thanks
last i went to check my order history, whioch is where i think i have found that cancel box.. i wasnt allowed to check my order history... not sure if you can now...
I'm able to get into my account and able to check previous orders. I can also track but I can't comment on cancelling anything 'cause I haven't ordered anything recently.
You can go into your MY Order History and look for the order you are wanting to cancel. There is a box at the end of where the item is listed, along with price, and status, and you can check the cancel box and click the Cancel Items button below that. That should cancel your order. By the looks of it also, you can only cancel an item if it already has a scheduled ship date.
