Been almost 4 weeks since I ordered the coin. Checked online every so often and order stills shows processing. I called the Canadian Mint a couple of weeks ago to see if there was a problem. They told me there was no problem and that orders usually take 3 to 4 weeks to ship.

I was really surprised. I had ordered from them before and don't remember an order taking that long. My order contains 2 coins and both showed in stock so it doesn't seem to be a supply issue. Has anyone had this kind of experience with the Canadian Mint?

Every single time I have bought a coin from them it takes forever for them to ship.

If it makes you feel any better, I ordered a coin from the Royal Mint in London 8 weeks ago, and it's still "in progress". Seems to be an endemic problem with mints...

Wow that's pretty bad!! I called the Canadian Mint earlier this week and they told me that one of the coins I ordered was back ordered and that is what was holding up my order. They told me that it should be available middle of the month.

The funny thing is that I get product emails from the Canadian mint and this is one of the coins they highlight. Lol

On a rare occasion some people wait months to get coins from the RCM. A member on another forum ordered fifty cent rolls in Feb., she just got them in Nov. this is an extreme case. I have waited 3 months for my Superman coins, and I'm in Canada. So please don't feel bad.
