What Canadian silver dollars are key dates?

I would say there are tiers:

1948 (undisputed king of the set)

1947 maple leaf (quite scarce)

1945
1947

1938
1946 (not quite as scarce, but still a semi-key date)

 

Don't forget the 1911 silver dollar, as only 3 were ever struck:
2 in silver and 1 in bronze.

 

Interesting thing about the 1911 $1 coin, it carried the "Dei Gra" ( Dei Gratia ) on the obverse which was missing on the other 1911 issues.
