Did you know that there are 2 British Forces Post Offices in Canada? One of them is located at Suffield,Alberta,& the other is located in Ottawa.I wouldn't be too surprised if either or both are issuing British postal orders.If that proves to be the case,it would be an interesting numismatic item from Canada.
