Canadian planchette maybe

    I kind of see a damaged rim. Probably hammered or spooned.

    Have to first know if we were even making Canadian cents for that year and at which mint. Example: suppose we were making them that year at Philadelphia, but your coin is a D mint mark. Not possible.
    It all has to line up before it's even possible.
