Most are some recent finds but the one with hole in it, the 1933 Cent I may have posted, but on another thread. Hate that it has the hole.
When I was a kid in northern Ohio, Canadian coins were common. They would come over the border in pocket change and then just keep circulating. I got nostalgic a few years ago and wanted something with a beaver, like I remembered seeing when I was a teen. I got this and scratched that itch. A Tombac nickel. Love the 12 sided nickel and the color. Too bad about the fingerprint, but I only look at the other side.
Even with the hole still a very nice coin. I grew up in northern KY, and we had a lot of Canadian coins circulating around. Shame about the fingerprint, but still a handsome coin.
