Canadian 20 dollar signatures

    Hi I have two 20 dollars here and they are from the smae year 1991 but they have different signatures. is there a reason why. I'd like to know thanks.

    looks like there were several changes in Deputy Governor and Governor (of the Mint?) in 1991:
    Thiessen / Crow
    Bonin / Thiessen
    Knight / Thirssen
    Knight / Dodge

    1991 is the year of the notes design, not production
    These notes were first issued in 1993 and up to 2003 or so.
    and thus the changes in Deputy Governor and Governor took place over 10 years
    The notes are issued by the Bank of Canada
