    Canada 1968 25 Cents. Broadstrike out of the collar. These are getting harder to find especially the quarters... sellers pics...

    All the beading is there on the obverse. I would think 5% at the most.

    To me, it looks like it's a broadstrike out of the collar.

    If it were submitted to the three services, they would
    call it Broadstruck, or maybe 'Uncentered Broadstrike'
