Canada 1 Cent KM-59.1 vs 59.2

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two Krause numbers? Numista has no info and I haven’t been able to find anything online.

Looks like 59.2 was only struck in 78&79. NGC has a note that it's a thin planchet.

Hmm. Perhaps this is it. Interesting. Was hoping someone with Krause would see this and could see what the distinction is listed as in the source text.

 

If you goggle it more stuff comes up.

 

I certainly Googled a lot before posting this. If you found something useful that I didn't could you share the link? I do not see anything except what Joshua commented about.
