here's a similar example from a different year (unless yours is also LE...hard to tell from the picture) that sold for $62

Antoninus Pius BI Tetradrachm of Alexandria, Egypt. Year 5, AD 141-142. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / Artemis advancing right, holding bow in left hand, drawing arrow from quiver with right hand. Emmett 1362.

Thank you. That $62 example appears more worn compared to the pics I provided. Asking price on the coin is $200 with no specific description of it provided. So I was wondering what it was and whether or not around $200 is a good deal or overpriced. It would seem to be not a coin of appreciable rarity, I assume.

Details on that coin is much better than the second coin. The OP coin appears very sharp. You would need better pics, but might be worth much more than $62 to a specialist.

The flan shapes are the same and as Martin said in the other thread, "either one or both are casts" though there is always a chance it is the host coin for the cast fakes, I would not say from a blurry picture alone. Best to avoid it though.
