I recommend researching Ancient Coins before purchasing and please post in the correct thread. Thanks. (Wishful Management). :p

I am also not very familiar with ancient coins, but my first step would be to use Google Lense and try to identify the ruler on the obverse. From there, it should be easier to find the exact coin.

It's a Roman coin with the reverse is GLORIA EXERCITVS. The reverse is a soldier with spear and shield on either side of a military standard. It was struck during the Constantinian period, circa A.D. 337. Given that it is smaller than normal and the style seems a little off; I would say that this is an unofficial issue. From what I can make of the mintmark, it is copying a coin from Lyon.
