I'm pretty sure that it's "SB 1761 Constantine VII, AE Follis. 913-959 AD. Constantinople mint. CONST bASIL ROM, crowned bust of Constantine facing, with short beard and wearing vertical loros, holding akakia and cross on globe / CONST / EN QEO BA / SILEVS R / OMEON, legend in four lines. SB 1761, DOC 26."

Go to VCoins.com and search for "constantine 1761". Ancient coins in general are harder to pin a specific value on than modern coins due to the shear numbers and variations as well as the lack of constantly updated price guides, so you really have to just see what sellers are charging to give yourself a ballpark figure.
