That probably is a modern medal inspired by the design of an ancient coin; on one side you see the Greek inscription SAMION which I suppose refers to the island of Samos. There is a Hera temple (Heraion) on that island, and the woman depicted could be the (Samian) Hera. As for the other side - hmm, Zeus (her brother and husband) maybe? Just a wild guess ... Christian
