I Like Trees I mean coins with trees.

So, as I said in my introduction thread, I have been working on a 1¢US set since I was like 5 or 6.

I thought it would be fun, since I kinda like the Euro (I'm lying. I'm completely infatuated.) and a challenge, to start a type set of copper Euro coins.

GDJMSP had this great idea, posted as a sticky over on the US coins forum, to set up trading parters on opposite sides of the US to trade rolls of coins.

Is there anyone living in Europe who would be interested in exchanging US or Canadian coins for the €0.05's. (I figured the €0.01 and €0.02 would be too hard to collect.)

If an admin like this idea, could this be written more better and made a sticky?; if this board only has member in the US then never mind.

If no one lives there, does anyone know how to get roles in the States at face value (ie 25¢US a coin:goofer:)? I'd rather not pay shipping.

It will be an interesting one. With Finland pretty much killing euro small cents from it's introduction, it can get a bit trickier but doable ;)
