Can someone please tell me what in the world happened to this mint mark

I know there's going to be at least 20 of you come on here and tell me that it's nothing and that's okay at least my mind will be set at ease. I am just curious and I'm also glutton for punishment cuz I love it when I get excited and then y'all come on here and burst my bubble but that is why I come over and ask you because y'all tell me the truth thank you

Yay I'm getting better at this. May not be making money but I'm getting better and I'm actually putting coins back in circulation instead of thinking maybe and keeping everything lol. Happy Fourth. Be safe today.

 

It definitely has wear lol. I couldn't get a real good pic. It looks like the P is filled in but it's not it like weird looking like it has MS or some kind of skeletal degenerative issue lol

 

I thought at first it was a P over a small D but I couldn't find any other errors online
