I really only collect US Coinage and I'm not very good with ancient world coinage. Can somebody help me identify these. My Grandpa willed them to me so I don't really care what they're worth. Thanks!!
Start by taking clear pictures of the obverse and reverse of each coin, then posting them along with the diameter (in millimeters) and the weight (in grams).

I'm cussing out my brother right now... He sent that image to me in a text message. Told me to find out what they were because he knows I collect coins. My grandpa left them to him. I'll give you an explanation in a minute.
On the plus side, that French 1 or 2 francs in the front looks legit. On the minus side, it's a common coin.
