Put a descent value on this one. We were unable to come to a conclusion on value. I thought 175 was a fair price and it came home with me. Has this coin come up in searches and you can help with raw prices?

No matter the value, that is an awesome find!

I am not very familiar with Cook Islands coins, but I do own a 2021 Peace-Morgan dollar, with dual heads and 1/2 oz of silver. Those and Liberian coins can be very interesting to learn about. Hopefully you got a good deal on this particular coin.

Are they a Franklin mint type coin? or, is this something struck by Canada.
I am not a foreign coin guy.

I think they may be produced somewhere else, but I'm not sure. I do know that the American Mint made the Liberian coins, so there could be a separate entity doing the CI coins.

I just thought it was a cool design. I am seeing around 350 for raw. I have know idea what the first strike slab is supposedly worth, as beat up as it is.

There isn't much recent sales history besides a raw example that sold for $115 on eBay (best offer accepted on a $125 ask). If you look up the PCGS cert number and go to values, you will find some sales back in the 2017-2019 time period. The low point for a 70 was $93 in 9/18 and the max was $196 in 3/18. First Strike vs no first strike label did not seem to make a major difference in those results.

Some info from GovMint.com: It is 50 grams of 99.9% silver…that’s about twice the weight of a Morgan $. Size is 50 mm, and only 999 were struck.

    So putting it all together:
    - Silver content, approx. $50.00.
    - 10% purer silver, $5.00.
    - First Strike premium, $50.00
    - PR70DCAM grade premium, $100.00
    - Low mintage/scarcity premium, $100.00.
    …approx. total = $305.00 USD

I gave considerable thought with the above values, but I am open to arguments pro and con from anyone who thinks a particular value may be higher or lower.
@Pickin and Grinin …you asked for a decent value, and this is what I came up with…imo…Spark

So far, I don't think I got ripped. Both those auctions @ddddd are PF69.

I don't think you are too far off.
Have you figured the mintage on this one?
for some reason I am coming up with zip.

I can't even find the auctions that ddddd came up with the cert goes no where. I click on auction links and it says none found.

If you believe GovMint.com, they say only 999 were minted/struck…Spark

The picture on the link shows a 69 but the table shows sales for both 69 and 70. The numbers I quoted are for 70s. Here is one of them:
