Can anyone tell me what this is? I got a roll of 1958-P Lincoln Wheats, and I found one that has what appears to be a well stamped "L" or the number "1" on the rim, right next to the date. Its clearly not a scratch, but could have been stamped by someone else after the mint process. I have no idea.
