I have looked at the enlarged photos and cannot determine why this recieved a NET grade. It also seems like it should have graded a higher VF to me. I looked up the PMG verification number and there is no comments, I then called PMG to inquire, and they said they don't have any comments from the grader either...
It's hard to tell, but maybe a repaired split in the upper right margin, above the ICA in the word AMERICA.......just my guess.
