Can anyone ID this follis?

    Hi all!

    I have this follis that I'm trying to identify, but I'm struggling.

    The obverse is unusual, as it seems to start with D N T. I tried searching this up on RIC online, but nothing came up. Can anyone help?

    The coin is 22mm in diameter, and weighs 4.83g
