I am considering of buying this coin above. This coin is listed as Theophilus (829-842), AV Semissis (10mm, 1.59g, 6h). Syracuse, 831-842. DOC 19; Sear 1676.

However, the problem is that I cannot comfirm it.

According to labarum, Sear 1676 on reverse has globus and a simple cross.

Sear 1678 and 1679 on reverse has the correct form of cross without globus. But the problem is that 1678 and 1679 are tremissis. The coin depicted here is a semissis.

Can anyone tells me what sort of Theophilus, semissis, syracuse-minted coin it is?

A gold Semissis of Theophilus should be around 12-14mm and weigh around 1.75gms while a gold Tremissis runs around 9-11mm and 1.2gms.

From the coin diameter this should be a Tremissis but the weight is too heavy for this denomination ... and it's too small and light for a Semissis. I know there is some variation for this type but typically not that much. I won't judge this coin's authenticity but there are some definite red flags.
