What is the hurry? Someone after you? If it's your coin, take it easy and learn how to post pictures of coins here. That is one of the better methods of receiving help. Don't think I've seen one like that in a Buffalo Nickel but there have been coins like that around before. Many are made outside the Mint by placing one coin on top of another, back to front and hitting with a hammer. Of course the lettering would be in reverse in that case. Hitting it very hard if placed back to front could have a similar effect since the coins were very soft. Also, you never mentioned if it is indeed a Buffalo Nickel. If it turns out to be a 1913 Liberty Head Nickel, and it's real, you could be very wealthy. Also, is there a Mint mark on the bottom of the Reverse?
Check that coin out better or send photos to this forum.

    Clashed dies
Dies that have been damaged by striking each other without a planchet between them. Typically, this imparts part of the obverse image to the reverse die and vice versa.

When this happens, the dies keep striking coins. The coins that are struck after the dies have clashed, show the clashing. If a mint employee notices that the dies have clashed, the press will be stopped and the clash marks will be polished off. Depending on how quickly the clashing is spotted, there may be a few coins that were struck by the clashed dies, or there may be many.

I have never seen a clashed buffalo nickel before, so I don't know how common they are.
