Hi guys, Can anybody tell me the difference of a doubled dies coin, a strike doubling and a flat field strike doubling. I know that one is extremely collectible than the others but i always get confused on how they should look. Because i was looking through some Half a dollars and I found a 1982 what seems to me like a doubled die coin in the words United states but I'm not sure if it is. I keep it in a safe place just in case. I would post a picture but u guys wont be able to see it up close. so can anybody show me any pics of doubled dies coins and the other that i mention aboved so i could see the differerence. thanks....
