I think it is of Marcus Aurelius. MANTONINVSAVGARMPARTHMAX on front.

What is it made of?

By the way, do you know any way I could go about finding out more about this coin? As I said, I do not know anything about coins so understanding online info is very difficult. I live in Ireland and not many people here know about coins, I really don't know where else to look for info.
