Calling all Experts! 1983D

    Sorry! It's a 1985D. Not an 83. Please...just tell me what, if anything, or all, you see wrong with this coin. I won't even begin to assume I have a clue why it looks so...odd. Hopefully the pics are clear enough because the coin is a mushy blur. The F.G. is so wiggly it was near impossible to photograph. It looks doubled...but...um..I dunno. Doubling? A bit off center? Slightly out of collar? I've heard it called both. Someone please set me straight. Bubbles? All of the above? Thank youuu!

    this looks to be a normal looking coin that has the usual copper plating problems. from 1982 up until now the mint went from copper to the darn zinc core with super thin copper plating. the new cent coins are bad for getting air bubbles between the zinc core and the thin copper plating.
