WIth all the horror stories I see on here and other places I have dreaded the day I have to CALL the Mint. You know....because you can't e-mail them!?!?! (whats that about). Anyway after 2 moves in the last 3 months and a bank change I went the website because I was curious about the status of my subscriptions. Of course I couldn't make heads or tail of, "your order request has shipped" so I called. I must say, I wasn't on hold forever (25sec), the situation was explained and was easy to understand, and it only took a couple of minutes! Maybe things are turning around. :hail:
