No doubt it's the work of the notorious - Crack Out Gang ! Rumor has it they roam the country far and wide, carrying with them at all times the tools of their trade. Some of the members of this gang are far worse than others and instill fear, dread, and trepidation in even the stoutest TPG ! But there is one group that has so far resisted and rebuffed any and all attempts of intrusion of the dreaded Crack Out Gang into their territory.
