What a joke auction company. Apparently geared toward people who don't know what things are worth. They make a big deal over the "rare" 1850 double eagle in the sale. (Redbook prices it like a common date) Well the pictures they use for their coins are bad but the coin itself looks to be a VF with a bad rim ding at 2 o'clock on the obv. They have it estimated at $7,000 to $14,000. The have an 1884-CC GSA dollar in the hardpack the government used for the CC dollars that they didn't feel were Unc. Coin is ungraded (they don't appear to have given a grade to any of the coins they are selling, but some of them are slabbed so you have their grades) The picture does not even let you recognize the coin as a dollar and there is no picture of the rev. Estimate: $500 to $1000. 14-D quarter eagle AU maybe $900 to $1800 Here is a slabbed one, 1847-D half eagle NGC details AU improperly cleaned $6,000 to $12,000 1922 double eagle maybe an AU $6000, to $12,000 1876-CC double eagle VF $6,000 to $12,000 1926 eagle NGC slabbed MS-63 $3,000 to $6,000 10 2 cent pieces appear to be AG to G two with holes dates seem to be 64 to 67. $120 - $240 1904 double eagle PCGS MS-63 $6,000 to $12,000 And so on
