Byzantine Trachy Identification

    Could I please get the forum's help in the identification of this Trachy? I believe it to be a Billion Trachy of Issac II Angelus. Its diameter is 25mm and it weighs 2.6g.

    Alexius III but with some irregularities. The silvering for that time period is uncommon , the stars on the reverse 2, or double struck making 4 are not part of the design.

    So am I correct in this description?
    Alexius III Angelus AE Trachy 25mm 2.6g AD 1195-1203 Obverse: Jesus Christ facing - Reverse: Emperor and Saint with four stars between; Well silvered
