As anyone who watches my posts will know by now, I love putting up pictures of my latest finds here in Dorset. These three were part of a lot I bought today in a private deal - the bulk was British Silver, but these were hiding in the midst.

The first I need help with as I have no Byzantine books, and I suspect that is what this one is. Appears to read SANCT MARC V on one side.

The second is Roman - I haven't got round to searching the books yet, and I will probably be able to track it down, but if anyone knows straight off, that would be great. It measures about 19.5mm across, and is very thick - nearly 4mm.

The third looks fairly clearly to be Aurelian - but I thought a nice coin to share.

No, first one is Venice. I'll give you a chance to dig around for it. Second is a Romano-Egyptian tetradrachm of Maximianus, dated year 4. The third is Aurelian, as you suggested. I'll leave that for someone else to practice on as well.
