Hopefully Ebay's print under the quantity is their saving grace:

Cost per item: US $300.00 each
    (Not sold individually)

People like that should get a non paying bidder.

Yea, BUT read the part in RED as you scroll down, I donno if the seller is trying to screw the buyer, EBAY, or both--To me he's doing both--I would not bid on this for nuttin--

To this point he is up $7,625.00!!! AAAAYYYY AAAAHHHH ALERT!!

Brings up a good point, is Ebay's or the seller's info binding if they are conflicting?

One of the bidders must have finally read the entire listing. A bid was retracted while I was watching lowering from $1,525 down to an even $1,500.

According to Ebay, the total for the 5 pieces is $1500, or $300 each. Regardless of the description from the seller, the way it's set up is you are bidding on 1 lot of 5 coins. Ebay will only allow the seller to collect the $1500 for all 5 pieces. Not too bad at that price..??

Well sir I sure do hope your correct-BUT if it is so-Just because ebay says that, if you think I'll let 5 saints in ms63 go for $1500?? your smokin some fine weed or drinkin some fine moonshine--Not even ebay can make me let those guys go for 1500--So to me either the buyer or the seller is getting screwed, my whole point in posting this auction is look what you can still to this day find going on on ebay--Something is not right here--is all-- :( Again BUYER BEWARE!! the wolfs are lurking--
    What exactly does this mean??
Quantity: 1 lot (5 items each) <<<<<confusing no?
Cost per item: US $300.00 each<<this is the killer words FROM ebay
(Not sold individually) <<<<<<<this also confusing no?

I think the dealer is going to be in for a shock when he tries to collect $7500 for this group. Probably this will be ended early, once the seller figures out what is happening. I'd be shakin' in my boots if I were him.

Auction ended, I'm curious to see the feedbacks that fly around on this one. By the way, something fishy about this "dealer". 185 individual feedbacks, only 2 as a seller.

This is a bad way to look at it. For years, if you had looked me up ebay, you have never seen me listed as a seller. And I can assure you there is nothing fishy about me ;)

An ebay member seldom selling items only proves 1 thing - they seldom sell anything. It has no bearing whatsoever on their integrity.

Clue # 1 for me...the sellers ID "bozobid". No that it means anything directly, but bozobid would not be the seller,or buyer, of choice for me. Its similar to the perfume/makeup seller my wife came across with the ID of "mrbooger". As you can imagine, he didn't have many bids on his items....LOL.

There is no way to know for sure, but if you look at the winning bidders feedback, and the feedback of the folks that left the feedback for the winning bidder, you can see a pattern. A great many positvie feedbacks from and to the same seller over a period of months, the same for a different seller with a similar ID for a period of months before that. When folks get caught doing this stuff, Ebay can kick them out, but it isn't difficult to come back, and it seems the new ID name is similar to the old. Takes a bit of sleuthing, but the pattern is there.

Hmmm yes I think I am seeing what you mean. I also noticed that the seller and buyer have quite a bit of feedback from some of the same 2 sellers...I would also feel uncomfortable from buying from sellers with disturbing names.

So far no feeback has been left for either the seller or the bidder.?
Makes you wonder what is happening.

Hehe they are probly the same person or undoubtebly friends. Maybe his whole plan back fired and he won on accident...

I knew something was amiss when I saw one buyer had won 18 auctions in less than a 2 min. span. Now be realistic, with all the "sniping" that goes on with ebay, this would be almost impossible. But if you look at the feedback, this repeats way too many times to be coincidence with this seller's auctions. ;)
